She has led the Instituto Clima e Sociedade (iCS), chaired the board of Greenpeace International, and represented the Ford Foundation in Brazil. As Executive Director of COP30, she seeks to make the conference a turning point—prioritizing adaptation, nature‑positive finance, and concrete implementation toward the 1.5°C goal.
