
Javier Pastorino
He joined Siemens in 1999 and has held increasingly senior positions in Argentina, Germany, and across South America. He served as Head of Regional Strategies at the global headquarters in Germany and later led the Energy business in Argentina and the Austral-Andean region. In 2016, he became CEO of Siemens in Argentina and Uruguay, and in 2018, CEO for Siemens South America (excluding Brazil). When Siemens Energy was established as an independent company in 2020, he was appointed Managing Director for Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay. Since 2023, he has led operations in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and in 2024, he took on responsibility for Latin America North. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from IAE Business School.
