She has over 25 years of professional experience, 17 of which have been within Siemens / Siemens Energy, where she has held roles in Communications, Sustainability, Government Affairs, Marketing, Strategy, and Business Development. She has led high-performing regional teams, fostering collaboration across countries, identifying business opportunities, and developing talent. Before her current role, she headed Business Development and was responsible for Sales Operations for the Generation business. Originally from Venezuela and now based in Mexico, she has worked in several countries across the Americas and Europe, bringing an intercultural perspective to her leadership.
