Since 2018, she has led regulatory impact assessments, market intelligence, and go‑to‑market strategies at Fresh Energy Consulting, and has served as an expert witness in international electricity‑sector legal proceedings. She previously held senior roles at Global Power Generation (Naturgy Group), AES Corporation, and Enel Green Power, managing more than 6.5 GW of conventional and renewable generation. A key contributor to Mexico’s 2013 Energy Reform, she also promoted regulatory harmonization in Central America to strengthen the Regional Electricity Market. She holds a BA in International Relations and a Master’s in Geopolitics with a specialization in Utility Regulation (University of Florida, PURC), plus studies in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and e‑mobility.
